Update a Slack Connection PUT

Update an existing Slack Connection. > **Note:** For accounts using the New Slack Configuration, submitting this request rebuilds the channel's PCL (PagerDuty Condition Language) filter from the `config.urgency` and `config.priorities` values in the request payload. Any PCL conditions previously configured through the Slack web UI will be overridden.
